These guys know there business. Went in to get a estimate on my Camry ,and was given a very good price that also included a backup camera and wifi(bluetooth) for my galaxy8.Brian was very helpful with all my questions, and I hope by/before the end of the year I'll be able to have the radio installed. And there warranty is the best in the industry.This shop has very good customer service??....?

Auburn Car Tines proved to be a true customer service dedicated company.I purchased a Kenwood car stereo 5 years ago to replace the original stereo and installed it myself in my truck.Last week the stereo quit working, so I thought that I would have to buy another new unit.I went to their site today, and Ron took the time to check out the problem; and discovered that the stereo rest button failed to correct the issue; but didn’t give up and try to sell me a new one.He pulled out the unit, unplugged the wiring harness and reinstalled the unit; and this fixed the problem.He REFUSED to charge me anything; and was very pleasant and took the time to explain what was done.I’ll...read full review

Took our car in for a new deck and speakers. This is standard and just about anyone can do it. But I felt smarter leaving Auburn Car Tunes because they educated me and made sure I knew what I was buying. Through the installation process they communicated every step of the way and when we picked up the car they spent quality time explaining the new system and how to use it. Top notch and I am very impressed! Thank you Brian and team!!
