I called Andersen Appliance Repair because of their 5 star ratings. I left a rather long msg on their vm and Debbie returned my call within the hour. She explained to me that, due to the holidays and COVID-19, part shipments had been delayed and that they were running behind and would not be able to come out right away. I was very pleased to hear back so quickly and even more pleased with the fact that she had the names and phone numbers of several other appliance repair companies in the area for me. Ross was very easy to schedule in, on time and ready to work. Most of all, he is very calm and gives it to you straight. Didn't charge for taking a look at our refrigerator and told us right away it wasn't worth putting money into. In, out, done. Great guy
