I like coming to In-Shape because I can do the 29 minute circuit and feel like I have had a complete body workout. I enjoy exercising at a time when I have friends to visit with while we workout. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed and the building is clean and cool. Thank you!

Great Gym.. Great equipment, Great cleanliness from the sauna to the pool to Beating personal weight lifting Records.. and the senior friendliness.. Makes it the best in Merced County in my opinion

Staff is nice.. equipment gets the job done. Only thing that I don't like is the limited parking. At this point of the year, the gym tends to be busy pretty much throughout the day. Other than that, this location is pretty sufficient.
