Joe just left my house from Benchmark Roofing. I can't say enough about the professionalism and caring I have received. I used them at the beginning of the year to do some maintenance work on my tile roof. I had gotten a few estimates at the time and Benchmark saved me so much money. Today, after discovering the source of a leak that developed over the weekend, Joe quickly resealed a flashing and called it warranty work without even charging me!
