I love this mechanic! Finally feel like I found someone I can trust. He suggests things but doesn't push, he will take time to answer all your questions, and makes you feel like you have a real relationship with who cares for your car. Such a breath of fresh air after using my impersonal, unfriendly, and super pricey dealership for service the last 10 years. Now I won't go anywhere but Tommy's! Also, the office staff is really sweet and nice.
Its always tough finding a good/honest mechanic. He was able to give me a few options in terms of water pumps for my vehicle and a great quote. Gave me an estimated time of when he would finish and he had it done a day sooner. Car was completely fixed. Very friendly as well!
