I've had several sessions with Steve for my neck and hips, mostly. Steve's intuition for pressure and his knowledge of Myo-fascial Release is quite good. I can tell he's worked on a lot of people to hone his skills. He requires your feedback on the pressure, so he can stay at the critical points, reduce or increase pressure for effectiveness. A very nice man, with a fine sense of humor. Get relief, and get back to work---fast!
Excellent massage therapist who listens to your needs and focuses on fixing them. I also had an ionic foot bath which has a bit to voodoo to it but the resulting sludgy water showed that something was leached out of my body through the feet that wasn't good. I'd do that again and look forward to going back!
This was my first visit here and Steve blew my expectations out of the water! He was extremely friendly, inviting, he made sure I was comfortable and explained everything along the way. We talked the entire time and the conversation was extremely pleasant. I came in with an extremely pinched nerve and I felt leaving 10x better. He squeezed me in last minute and worked on me longer then our expected hour and even showed me some awesome stretches to do myself at home. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and I will definitely be back for another visit soon! Thank you Steve!
