My 29 year old son with special needs really dislikes getting haircuts! Taylor was wonderful! Kind and patient even when I had to literally sit on his lap to keep him in the chair and keep his drape on… thanks again Taylor!!

Had a wash and blowdry/style for my baby shower and Yesenia was amazing. Very nice and personable and did such an excellant job on my hair. The timing was also very convinent and i was seen shortly after arrving and it didnt take long for the service. I will surely be back again!

The hair stylist was great! The check-in text that I received a few minutes after I made the appointment said I was checked in. So I replied by text that I was there. But apparently that doesn't mean that I was checked in because the women working said I still wasn't checked in and others went ahead. Please see attached screenshot and clarify the process. Thank you.
