John King is a crook. He ran up a bill, used the supplied services, and ran. Hired a PI to reach out, said he's in debt with over 20 companies. He simply doesn't pay his bills... Hopefully this helps as he runs ads on Yelp, if that tells you anything about his services...

We purchased a home in Pismo Beach that we planned to rent out. We were introduced to John King by our realtor. John accompanied us to the home prior to our offer and advised us on what needed to be done to get the home ready for renting. After we purchased the home, John did everything we needed and we now rent the house. Since it has been rented, we had a huge problem after a rainstorm and called John. He immediately responded and handled everything for us. He is an excellent communicator and gives solid advise. He is trustworthy which is extremely important to us since we are not living at the house. We eventually plan to do some remodeling and for sure will be using John to do all the work. I highly recommend John and Slobuilt Construction!
