This company used to be called Day Construction. The previous owners of our house hired them to install a sunroom on the flat roof above our living room. The walls they installed are cheap, thin, foam. They sank four-by-fours into the existing roof as part of the new structure. There were many leaks when it rained; leaks that caused rot in the structure of the living room below. We hired a contractor to replace the sunroom with proper construction, and to remove and rebuild much of the living room structure. Among other things, we had to replace five of seven four-by-eight ceiling beams in the living room, as they were significantly rotted where they met the outside living room wall. There was black mold in the walls caused by the water infiltration. The cost of reconstruction, has, so far, exceeded $100,000.

I have a contract with this company signed on 7/11/2022 and gave them a deposit for $3750 for a patio cover. They promised 10-16 weeks for completion. After numerous calls for updates, still no response from them and 9 months have passed so far. Does anyone know of any class action suit against this company?
