My first annual checkup went great at CHC Fair Oaks. Staff was very pleasant. Welcomed me to my appointment on time and nurse who took my vitals was very efficient. Michael Bosio is a PA and my Primary Physician. He was extremely pleasant, listened to all my concerns, and then provided great advise in very easy to understand terms. I'm new to AG and feel very fortunate to have found a Primary that I respect and trust.
Michael Bosio was very attentive and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and didn't dismiss anything. He's the first medical professional I've seen who actually validated my feelings about certain issues and agreed with me on specific treatment options.
Reception was helpful and friendly and they were quick to room me. The MA was thorough and caring.
Dr. Bosio and his staff were awesome. They responded to me that I sent thru the portal. I was contacted by his team 15 minutes after my email. Then had a phone appt with Dr. Bosio about 5 minutes later. He immediately sent my prescription to my pharmacy. Great care!
