B&P is the best lumber yard on the central coast I have been shopping here for over 20 years. They always come though and always have the specialty stuff I need in stock. The yard guys are beyond amazing and the office staff is like family. Thank you guys. We couldn't build the amazing decks we build with out you guys.

Great lumber yard for the most part. The problem is the front office has Zero people skills although they seem to be nice people. The management needs to invest in some training for the ones dealing with the public. Working in customer service can be a soul sucker if not trained properly and that will reflect on your business. This is why the front office attitude comes across smug, stand offish, and inconvenienced. Prices are a little high, quality is average..just be careful when purchasing large orders to inspect all the lumber before you sign for it.

As the national distributor and technical developer of Trex Fencing, we at FDS Distributors work with a lot of contractors. When working with Burke & Pace Lumber, we appreciated the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and concern for the client's time.
We worked with Mike on this project, and though it was a small order, he was very responsive and timely in communication.
