CCOI Gate & Fence was selected to install automated gates at our property in Carmel when we constructed a newly built home in 2021. The gates and automation have worked well since the initial install until about a month ago. I called the CCOI Service Dept., and they dispatched a service tech; "Gonzalo" to diagnose the failure. He discovered an electronic component had failed and ordered a replacement unit. The replacement component arrived, and Gonzalo returned and successfully installed the replacement part and then stayed to assure the programming and control of the gates had returned to working order. The customer service and the technicians are top-notch. I've never had to call and wait, they're quick they're efficient they're polite and they can always be counted on.
