Worst experience I've ever had moving. We didn't even realize until they left that things had been damaged, broken, scraped. Our TV that was worth 1500 same price as the move was broken from the mover putting the panel face down on another item-- Instead of 2 people carrying the tv together to mount it they had 1 guy and he tossed it around while mounting it. Bookshelf broken, tables and chairs scraped, 1700 dollar couch part of leg damaged... even the wooden floors and railings up the stairs at our new place were damaged which will come out of our deposit when we move out. Overall it cost us triple the move as we will need to replace items. I have tried to contact them...read full review

Overall it cost us triple the move as we will need to replace items. I have tried to contact them regarding the insurance and it took them days to get back to me. They didn't fully explain the insurance to my boyfriend so he signed for basic which means for our tv we might get 50 bucks. When I called to explain the damage he gaslit me and said he knew id be "difficult" ----- we tipped him well thinking they might have done a good job --- Lesson learned. They came recommended and we were very disappointed. If you do have them handle your move get the highest insurance available because you'll need it. The movers also spent time talking poorly about one another, 1 of them hit on me several times. Since they bill hourly they take their time. Just very off experience.
