Scurfield had put in a solar panel system for my wife and I about 6 years ago which helped with our electricity bill tremendously. So 6 years later we had some issues with a couple of our panels not working correctly. I called Scurfield and told them the problem. They sent someone out to troubleshoot the issues. After thinking it could one thing, parts were ordered. In the meantime, our whole home dehumidifier got fried during one of many power outages we have where we live. I called Scurfield and asked if they dealt with home dehumidifiers and sure enough they did. They sent Steve out to take a look and then we were provided with an estimate and fair price for replacing the old one. After a couple of weeks, Reed and Spencer came out and started on the dehumidifier and also the solar panel problem. Two days later, we had a new dehumidifier up and running and all of the solar panel problems were fixed. The guys worked from the minute they got here until the end of each day. They were extremely nice and provided answers to all of our questions. They were very professional and at the end of the day made sure everything was cleaned up and neat just like when they arrived. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Ben Scurfield and his company and all of his employees that we came into contact with. Shout out to Ben, Steve, Eric, Wendy, Matt, Reed and Spencer.
