“We have had two roofs done by A&I and both experiences have been great.
The first roof was on a three-story house we owned previously and they did a great job.
We recently had to replace our current home’s roof because California Fair Plan deemed our roof too worn. We had two months to get a replacement. Then Fair Plan couldn’t open the photos I sent and claimed they didn’t receive our faxed receipt (faxed at their request.)
I called to see if we could just get the photos instead of a PDF. A & I called me back twice within 30 minutes and sent two guys to take more photos.
Both roofs were single layer so A&I was able to put on a second layer of roofing materials.
They are reliable, polite, friendly and absolutely fantastic to work with.”
