“I am compelled to write this review after the most professional, kind and respectful interaction I had with the Alves roof repairers that came to my house today. I called at 8:30am to report a leak I found during the storm this past weekend and in 2 hours they had guys at my house to assess what was going on. They got right to work, knew how to assess the extent of the damage and repaired everything so wonderfully. They gave me updates as they were working explaining what they were doing and showing me pictures of the damage so I would be aware what was going on and even let me come up on the ladder when they were done to take a look at their excellent work. I am so impressed and grateful for their professionalism and prompt work. Thank you Nick and crew!“

“I bought a home in Carlotta that had sat empty for a few years. Lots of moss on roofs, clutter in rain gutters. California Fairplan was giving me a hard time. Miguel and the gang came out did a great job on the moss, cleared out my gutters, like night and day. Looks great, solved all my Fairplan issues. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone in area. Miguel is extremely responsive, great work, great customer service.“

“McMurray & Sons have always done an awesome job me. I have had some tough roofs on our commercial building for them to work on the last few years, so far they have completed 4 of the 5 roofs I need redone on my building.Billy had always provided top notch customer service. One thing with reroofing is you can almost guarantee something will go wrong as it is not a brand new building. Billy has always worked with me, problem solved, and did what was necessary to complete the job. I am truly grateful for all the work McMurray has done for me and look forward to next year’s roofing project.“

“This company is a family owned business. Very professional and extremely kind, they work with you from schedule to budget. Conscientious in clean up, going so far as to clean debris that fall in your neighbor’s yard. They communicate effectively what is in your best interest via price and aesthetic. They are even kind enough to clean your gutters. I truly could not have asked for a better roofing company. I waited a year before reviewing given I needed to see how the roof held up through winter storms. Roof is beautiful and held up incredibly well in high winds and storms, not one single problem. I am sure their assertion that I would not require a roof for 30 years is likely. Made themselves absolutely available if anything came up in the meantime. Does this even happen anymore with big companies?Happy to say that this company was not only affordable, but exceptionally thoughtful while pounding on your roof all day. They don’t take longer than they need to and work all day to give you the best roof. Unless from Humboldt, you know what I mean. Also very aware of Veterans and respect someone’s anxiety and slight paranoia with people coming and going. If I could give them a higher rating I would. Great people. “Having had my A&I roof on new construction since 2001 with no issues whatsoever, they had already built necessary trust. My initial contact was cordial and professional, the estimator came in a timely manner, and removal/installation of the new roof was efficient with good communication throughout the process.Although their cost estimate was very fair, the benefit-cost ratio would've been met had they quoted me even more for the job. Needless to say, I am very pleased with their efforts, from start to finish. Thank you for this peace of mind that we continue to enjoy from A&I Roofing.“
