This is the cleanest, nicest and not creepy at all place in Eureka/Arcata area. Wild berries market place nearby makes it even more pleasant to kill some time while waiting for your laundry. Middle size load + soap + dry around 20$. Ready in 1 hour.

Living full time and traveling, finding nice clean laundromats is a chore, so when we find one that is good AND has helpful available staff it's a gem! It cost us $20ish to wash and dry three loads, which we've found is about avg. A good note to any one who wants to take advantage of their transfer services, is to go ahead and get the card. If you do that you're able to put in your loads and when they're done, the staff will put it all in dryers for you. Having been there on a Sat, when there was a market in town, we could have stayed longer there and let them transfer our three loads. Staff is on hand and helpful.... read full review

Emerald City Laundry Co. is a gem! The place is spotless and well-organized. I didn't have any detergent, but they provided pre-portioned soap tailored to the machine I was using, offering both scented and unscented options in reusable containers which was a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved their cute merch! Overall, a great spot for doing laundry.
