Jamie has been my massage therapist or over a decade and is one of the best in the area from my experience. He not only knows his stuff and how to find spots that you need worked on, but he is also quite strong and able to go deep if that’s what you need.Highly recommended!

I pulled my calf racing bmx. I could barely walk, and had to be able to race again for a final state race a week later. Jaime put his hands on me like Mr Miyagi in the first Karate Kid. Left his office noticing an immediate difference, and was almost pain free the next day, This guy is a complete professional who knows his muscle anatomy. Give him a try. He will not disappoint..

I am so grateful that I found Jamie years ago. He was my number one massuse while living in Arcata. When I come back to Humboldt for a visit I always try to book a massage with him during my stay. He has seen me through some pretty tough times and our relationship is important to me. He is very skillful and the session always ends with me feeling completely relaxed.
