Scheduled a massage with Rex while passing through the town. He was quick to respond and did excellent work in releasing a few trigger points that were really bothering me while driving. He works quick and efficiently and I found an hour massage with him well worth the money. If u are like I was and looking for some pain relief and muscle relaxation I highly recommend!

Great service and friendly. I tried the cryo and the compression therapy for the first time after some long training sessions and recovery was so much faster. Definitely a must try!

I began seeing Stacie Small for acupuncture, and cupping last March. We did bi-weekly affordable treatments to treat my problems with social anxiety, traumas, PTSD, a pinched nerve, and nicotine addiction.
