This place is a fraud. We hired them to clean our pool and week after week, it would be green and he would claim he would come address it. They rarely addressed it, the pop was green for months, and they regularly missed their weekly Apointments for various excuses. We had to call on a weekly basis and still limited response, yet the insisted on charging a monthly fee which was supposed to be for once a week cleaning. They would not show but still charge us. Finally we hired another company to do a second opinion and this new company had it clean and looking great writhing 5 days. Still to this day the pool looks great over 6 weeks later. I'm no at all surprised that this business gets such bad reviews. Absolutely some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was shocked.
