The most kind and excellent customer service I have ever received. I placed an online order today and for whatever reason the shipping address had updated to my billing address once the order was placed and I meant for this to go to someone as a gift, not myself. I left a message with this company and my call was returned within minutes and everything was taken care of with ease and quickly! I couldn’t wait to leave a review because my feeling of “how did this happen” and it being in the thick of the holidays, was quickly turned to “wow.. I am so grateful”. I found this store at Arcadia Mall today when I took my wife out for bubble tea. The arrangements inside looked very delicate and beautiful, with an elegant touch. My wife was immediately captivated. This is perfect gift option for anniversary.
