Cam and his staff prepared my taxes for a few years. Recently I have been trying to get a loan for my real estate projects, given the fact that I am on stated income so the requirement is pretty strict from the underwriter of the loan broker. Among other efforts, Cam and his office were very patient supportive prompt and provided a revised letter to meet the requirements of the underwriter.
