Just bought a house built by them. So many issues with this brand new house. Windows don’t close properly because it’s uneven. All the bathroom lights are constantly on because they use poor quality materials that don’t work. Many plants outside are dying already and grass is already half dead. When I try to contact them about the issues they either don’t respond or give us excuses how nothing is their responsibility. Stay away from houses built by them!

I have received several very rude telemarketing calls from this company. They are very unprofessional. I would never do business with them!

We were in the market looking for a home when we found one built by this company that was on the market. We submitted our offer and the agent told us that in order to get the deal done, they would have to artificially inflate the price of the home and then you get credited for a like amount after the deal closes escrow. This is completely fraudulent as you would be lying to the bank about the purchase price. Furthermore, this type of "marketing" tactic is what got us into the whole mortgage debacle in the first place.
