Today was my first visit to Snips Salon & Spa for a haircut, but it won't be my last! Dana Marie is kind and warm. She helped me feel right at home and took excellent care of my tired and heavy curls. After a great consultation and wonderful shampooing she got to work adding layers and body back into my hair. She even took the time to massage all my curls to help them bounce back. I've already scheduled a follow-up appointment with her so she can cut my hair again in a few months. Thank you, Dana Marie and Snips!!

I went there for a hair cut & blow dry. The lady - Sue - was nice and did a good job. But, she kept me waiting for (almost) 20 minutes! She apologized for it. She needs to have better scheduling sense. Allot 30 minutes in between clients, in case of things like this. As for the hair cut, it came out decent. But, *never* in my life have I been poked with a pair of scissors! Sue acted like nothing happened! She knew that I flinched cuz it hurt ... Also, I don't see too much sanitizing going on here either. At other salons, there's an immediate wipe down after each clients would leave. I don't see that here. Other than that, the salon is clean enough.

I've been coming to snips for years to get my hair cut by Alan. He does an amazing job that both me and my hair leave this place happy but today I decided to do something different and get extensions since my hair doesn't grow as fast as I would like it to grow. Alan asked me to come in to get the exact color match and then we decided to add a few highlights which came out super good. Not only he did a great job just he was very fast and I felt no pain at all. I highly recommend this place for all your hair needs.
