Lei Shen aka Shelley, has been a nightmare to deal with. She showed and signed me into the problematic Irvine property I am currently in. She was the sole contact for over a year and a half, having never had contact with the owners until the middle of an emergency that she could have prevented or helped the owners prevent. She is currently refusing to communicate about issues or provide the HOA’s email address, even when I requested it to warn the Fourth of July kids parade of possible asbestos that was disturbed by neighbor who wanted to termite tent, knowing probable asbestos would be disturbed, and Lei demanded that he be allowed to tent. My broker and I were trying to work with Autumn on renting out a home. Initially she was very responsive and she had a lot of questions which I was happy to answer. Autumn mentioned that the landlord of this specific home wanted to do inspections every two months with only 24hr notice which as a single female, I thought was invasive. I asked if that could be less frequent with 48hrs notice and her response was simply no. There was no negotiation or effort done on her behalf to compromise with the landlord. I am devastated because I believe we could've found a resolution instead of shutting me down.

I would highly recommend Autumn. She is very experienced, patient, diligent and super easy to work with. She also has an amazing supporting team who are always responsive. Autumn's experience and her great sense of the real estate market helped me buy a home $5,000 less than what the seller asked for! Moreover, Autumn was very patient with me when I asked for many house visits. She never rushed me to make an offer or close a deal.
