I'm a current patient and I have daily visits in regards to the wound on my heel. Today I waited for a call in order to be ready for my appointment and the call never came. My spouse called and left a message for Gabby which she called back at a later time. She said I wasn't scheduled today because I had a doctors appointment. I have gone over with the nurses many times in regards to my appointments. I know that the dispatcher Gabby took upon herself to cancel my visit. The doctor I'm seeing today is a vascular surgeon for test results that I had done a few weeks ago.
