I really appreciate it the time he took to actually explain every little detail about the procedures to come. He did one of my surgeries on pending three more, but he’s clearly made everything so that I understand it and when he did my surgery, he was very gentle, very reassuring very positive. I really admired that you go into surgery being a little nervous and a little apprehensive, but I think that he used his professionalism to, talk me through that time.
