Dr Ho Win is a very good ophthalmologist. Very attentive, very passionate. Nurses are kind and caring. Front desk is not bad but there is room for improvement. The waiting room can be ridiculously crowded. I counted over 30 people at the same time. Granted some are companions of patients but still. People were standing outside.

My brother is a patient here every time we come we're treated kindly and with respect. Staff is exceptional and professional which reflects on the person managing the practice. I recommend this ophthalmologist.

Went to this office of Dr Win in Arcadia. I previously seen Dr Cheng in their office in City of Industry and she gets 5 stars across the board but this office in Arcadia was rude and didn't explain anything too me. Wasn't shown any pictures of my eyes to explain what's going on. I was even insulted by this female Dr there. It got to a point that I had to tell her I was a US Air force Aviator / fighter pilot( retired ) and I have two PhD's. Boy, did she back off quickly! Hey lady stop judging the books by their covers! Very disappointed in her bed side manners.
