I was not very happy with the staff only 1 assistant was very nice I was very nervous about my situation this is my eye we’re talking about and Alejandra the surgery scheduler was rude and pushy about my co pay everytime she talked with me it was about the co pay . I know I have a co pay. I work in the Dental field I know about deductibles and copays, and we never demand the co pay from patients or tell them if they don’t pay in full prior to the visit we will cancel their appointment we let them know if they don’t show or it is a same day cancelation there will be a fee not only that I was being worked in and was told I could be there for a long...read full review

This was a very pleasant visit, even though my English is not very good. I had some GPS issues when I arrived, and the front desk staff patiently helped guide me.

I first met the assistant Amy, and she was absolutely wonderful—patient, professional, and very clear when explaining things. Even though we only spoke for a short time, I could feel her kindness. I truly wish her all the best.

Then I saw Dr. He, who was very patient and took the time to explain my condition in detail. I really appreciated his professionalism and calm attitude.
