This was a very pleasant visit, even though my English is not very good. I had some GPS issues when I arrived, and the front desk staff patiently helped guide me.

I first met the assistant Amy, and she was absolutely wonderful—patient, professional, and very clear when explaining things. Even though we only spoke for a short time, I could feel her kindness. I truly wish her all the best.

Then I saw Dr. He, who was very patient and took the time to explain my condition in detail. I really appreciated his professionalism and calm attitude.

I really appreciate it the time he took to actually explain every little detail about the procedures to come. He did one of my surgeries on pending three more, but he’s clearly made everything so that I understand it and when he did my surgery, he was very gentle, very reassuring very positive. I really admired that you go into surgery being a little nervous and a little apprehensive, but I think that he used his professionalism to, talk me through that time. Dr. P Win is exceptional in eye care, demonstrating not only expertise but also genuine kindness and accommodation.
