Absolutely amazing. I always go to Leo for my Japanese straightening treatment. He is extremely meticulous and ensure there is no damage to my hair. I've have done the Japanese straightening treatments at many different salons and Leo is the best.

I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am for Leo at O' Salon. He has always been incredible to me from the very beginning. He answers the phone almost immediately every time I call, always texts to confirm appointments, and somehow manages to make time for me even when his schedule is completely full. This last visit meant more to me than he probably knows. I had just been laid off from my job and had an important interview the next day. I felt overwhelmed and stressed and knew I needed a haircut to feel even a little more confident going into it. Even though Leo was fully booked for days, he offered to see me two and a half hours after his normal closing time. After a long day of work, he still welcomed me with kindness, patience, and warmth and took incredible care of me without ever making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. When I went to pay at the end of the appointment, Leo stopped me and told me he was taking care of my haircut because of what I was going through. That moment genuinely brought me to tears. In a time when I was feeling really low, his generosity and compassion meant everything to me. Leo is not only an incredibly talented stylist, but a genuinely good human being. Acts of kindness like this are rare and unforgettable. I will always be thankful for him and could not recommend him more highly.
