I use Matria on several properties. They are without a doubt the best janitorial company I have worked with. Not only do things look clean, they SMELL clean! They are easy to work with, responsive, and go above and beyond if there is anything extra that I need. I would highly recommend them.

Our condo has been with Matria for over a decade. The guy we have cleaning our building is pretty good. I have no complaints about him. The problem is with management and one of their other workers who's name I don't know. We had a sewage spill that we needed cleaned up. I called and talked to Mike and he said he would have our regular guy do it the following day when he would be onsite anyway. Great, I thought. The next day he didn't show up. So I emailed Mike again to let him know it was not taken care of and asking him to please address it. He ignored that email and following emails.
