Intelligent Eye Care is closing on 12/31/2024. Starting 1/1/2025, Optic Eye Care will take over and be the custodian of our patients' medical records. The staff will remain the same, and your medical records will still be available to you at the same location and phone number. Please select another physician to continue your care or you may continue your care with Dr. Celia Chao, who has been working at Intelligent Eye Care since 2023. She will continue to work at the clinic under Optic Eye Care to provide for your eye care needs. You may call your insurance company for assistance in selecting another physician. Your medical records will stay at the office but can be transferred at your request. Thank you for your support.

Intelligent Eye Care is a clean, neat, and organized establishment with friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. The office is located in a convenient location with ample parking and is easily accessible by the Gold Line. The staff is efficient and attentive, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and making patients feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Chao, the ophthalmologist, is highly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining treatment options, including cataract surgery. The office accepts both cash and credit cards with no minimum. They do not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination, but some staff wear masks and gloves, and hand sanitizers are available for patients. The establishment is open with no limited capacity, but social distancing is not strictly enforced. Overall, patients have had excellent outcomes and highly recommend Dr. Chao and Intelligent Eye Care for their professionalism and excellent care.
