About Giantech Construction Inc.
Giantech Construction, Inc. is a builder that stands behind their work, as evident in their condominium property, The Del Mar, located in Arcadia. The property is conveniently situated in the center of Pasadena, close to the main shopping and restaurant district. The building is surrounded by abundant, mature, drought-resistant landscape, which is unusual for the neighborhood. The property features common areas, a dog walk, clubhouse, well-equipped gym, first-rate gas barbeques, and a pool surrounded by impressive palms and lush greenery. The subterranean parking garage is huge, with 140 spaces for the 55 condominiums, including 6 charging stations with pre-wiring for more if needed. The condominium units are modern with clean lines, featuring the best of the best appliances, top-quality fixtures, and stunning European cabinetry. The interior doors are heavy and solid, the windows are European, dual-paned styled windows that open on two different axes, and there is hardwood flooring throughout. Although some units experienced water damage due to unusual heavy rain, the builder addressed the issue promptly and made the necessary repairs, future-proofing the terraces by increasing the drainage. This demonstrates Giantech Construction's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The condominium property I viewed is called The Del Mar, built by Giantech construction. I was given an in-depth tour of the property starting on the first level of the property showing me the common areas, dog walk (on the side of the property), clubhouse, well-equipped gym, first-rate gas barbeques and pool. The sub-terranean garage is huge with 140 spaces for the 55 condominiums including 6 charging stations with pre-wiring for more if needed. The condominium unit itself was modern with clean lines and the best of the best appliances (Wolf stove and oven, Subzero refrigerator) and top-quality fixtures all tucked into stunning European cabinetry. The interior doors were heavy and solid, the windows were European, dual paned styled windows that open on two different axis, and there was hard wood flooring throughout. All the interiors were standard with the units, designed by the builder. I asked the agent who gave me the tour about the history of the complex and if there were any problems reported. She was very forthcoming and said that several of the units had some water damage with the unusual amount of rain we had this past winter. Apparently, the terrace drainage was designed for normal \

After taking a tour of a beautiful property in Pasadena last weekend, I felt compelled to write a review on the builder's website. The condominium property I viewed is called The Del Mar, built by Giantech construction in the neighboring city of Arcadia. The property is conveniently located in the center of Pasadena close to the main shopping and restaurant district. The first thing I noticed pulling up was the abundant, mature, drought resistant landscape (we have all learned our lesson here in California) surrounding the building. This was unusual for the neighborhood considering land is at a premium and most are built buildings nearly flush to the sidewalk to take advantage of every inch of land. I was given an in-depth tour of the property starting on the first level of the property showing me the common areas, dog walk (on the side of the property), clubhouse, well-equipped gym (I saw a couple Peloton stationary bikes, a couple of treadmills, a weight machine and dumbbells), first-rate gas barbeques and pool. Impressive, well-maintained palms and lush greenery surrounded the pool area, which I realized was more impressive considering there was a subterranean parking garage located directly below the pool area and entire property. The garage itself was huge. I was told there were 140 spaces for the 55 condominiums including 6 charging stations with pre-wiring for more if needed. The massive parking garage has 15 to 20 foot plus ceilings with air monitoring and ventilation systems keeping everything safe and carbon monoxide free. Obviously, the builder of the complex knew his buyers would be discriminating and would demand quality inside and out. I asked the agent who gave me the tour about the history of the complex and if there were any problems reported. She was very forthcoming and said that several of the units had some water damage with the unusual amount of rain we had this past winter. Apparently, the terrace drainage was designed for normal "California heavy rain" and not, the torrential downpours we just don't typically get (I've lived in California 40 years the rains we had this winter were the heaviest I can remember). She said that the rain and winds flooded some of the terraces and caused damage to some of the unit's wood flooring, and dry wall. She went on to assure me that the builder addressed everything right away and made everything good by replacing any damaged flooring and dry wall, and also future-proofed the terraces by increasing the drainage if these types of unusual storms should happen again. I look at places I am interested in possibly living one day often, but this is the first time I have taken time to write about my visit. The agent was a wealth of information and the property itself was above and beyond. It is also great to know that the Giantech Construction stands behind their work.
