A year or so ago, my bf's beanie was ruined by holes from a large safety pin, but we decided it may have been a one-off mistake and to not make a fuss because we had other good experiences. Massive hole in my cashmere sweater after taking it in this week. Never going back, totally unacceptable.

The staff are very means and rude. A stranger ask me the parking spot exchange in order for his loading and pick up. and I exchange for him, when I left Dri-Cal staff (a woman) come out and yell this is their parking spot.I already left, and volunteer exchange for the stranger, so what do they want the extra from me??

Owner is very unprofessional. I'm an officer of the California Guard and they damaged a fairly new dress unform with some spot damage. This gave the lapel area some spots which are lighter than the color. I brought this uniform in for dry cleaning and pressing, along with pants and a shirt. They left wrinkles in the pressing as well, and I found some animal hairs too. When I called and told him the issue, he was rude, and told me that he was the "number one" dry cleaner in town.
