Went for first time here and they were super helpful and nice! I was told to help my self to either coffee (that was latte making machine), ice cream, or drinks while I waited and after dropping my stuff off

This is my first time having jeans altered. When I picked them up, they looked like they hadn't been touched because the label was so perfect. butt, oh nope, they did an AMAZING job. Couldn't even tell that it was altered. I love this store and will be back for all my alteration needs.

(This should have been a 4-5 Star review)I have been patronizing this cleaner for many years and have been very happy with the quality of work. The current owners are very nice, and the counter employees have always been cordial. However, I would like the owner to know why I will not return. The last time I arrived to pick up my clothing, it was a Saturday afternoon, and the door was locked at approximately 15 minutes before the published closing time. I spotted an employee working in back and tapped on the window. She attempted to ignore me until she could no longer pretend I was not there. She looked up, frowned, and mouthed, "closed!" I pointed to my imaginary watch, indicating it was not closing time. Very unhappily, she walked over and unlocked the door. Although I felt I had done nothing wrong, I apologized out of courtesy as she proceeded to get my order. At that time, she immediately began a very terse rant chastising me for waiting so late in the day to pick up my cleaning, telling me I had all day to pick up my order and should have better managed my time. I apologized again, stating I had been on the west side and made sure I could get back before closing to pick up the outfit I needed. However. she just continued with her angry tone and rude and snarky comments until she locked the door behind me. I left feeling very much verbally abused by this young woman who obviously had neither respect for an obviously older woman, a senior citizen, nor for the owner's business. She stated she had been working there for 15 years, and I guessed she was tired, had had a bad day, and wanted to close early. I do not want this young lady to lose her job; obviously, she is a long-time and valued employee. None the less, I do not feel like chancing to subject myself to that treatment again. As a small business owner myself, I believe the owners would want to know about this incident and talk with their employee. The owners are very much aware of the numerous and fine cleaning establishments in the area, I am just one customer, and I will find another cleaner.
