I've been coming here for a few months now, and today was my first time getting my lashes done with Christina. Her attention to detail, patience, and customer service made this an overall perfect experience-- enough to convince me to start a membership here! The store is very clean and relaxing, and provided a comfortable experience.

What I asked for vs What I got. Jessica did my lashes I was excited to try kawaii type lashes. I feel if she put shorter lashes on the 6 inner bottom row they would've looked way better. I also noticed in the inspo photo there are 8 taller wispies on top and on my top row, she added more than 9 of them so I didn't get the kawaii look I was going for. She was also suppose to do shorter ones on the inner corner of my top row and it seems like she did the same length on every wispie. This was my first time going. Im a little disappointed. My eyes are too small for the style she gave me..I did call and she said she'll fix it for me no charge so good customer service
