5/5 I had a broken dental bridge for a year and had a fear of having it taken out and not being able to get a replacement. Dr. Chiu informed me before the procedure that I would be able to get a replacement and she was very patient and attentive when removing the broken bridge. She made sure I felt no pain and made me feel comfortable if I had to ask for more anesthetic or if I needed the procedure to stop. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience especially since I have had bad experiences with other dentists who seem dismissive about ones anxieties or pain level. Dr. Chiu and all the staff are amazing! Everyone is kind and welcoming, and they respond quickly to any questions. The office is very clean, and Dr. Chiu explains everything thoroughly, making sure you understand your treatment. Vinnie is a fantastic dental hygienist who always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during cleanings.
I’m normally petrified to go to the dentist - have been ever since I was a kid. Dr. Lisabeth Chiu is the only dentist I will ever go to!! She’s the only dentist that makes being in the dental chair feel safe.
