The call center representative that assisted me was Very Professional and helpful. Fluent in Spanish and very knowledgeable. Explained the process. This Rep should be getting paid $25 or more per hour. First time I receive this type of BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE

To whom it may concern; including, but not limited to Management:
On Wednesday, August 7, 2024 I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40am. Prior to my scheduled appointment with the doctor; I was assisted by the receptionist “Dulce” at the front desk. I was surprised by the professionalism she shown to me, including other patients in the waiting room. How she lit up the room with a pleasant smile showed, that she really cared for my concern regarding the appointment with my doctor. I bet, she expresses herself in an enlightening way, every day. We, need leaders like Dulce to lead others in the right direction!

Today may 8 2024 . I am very happy and pleased with my cataract surgery it was another success I send special thanks to Dr Brian Chen from his office in Lincoln Heights the staff was very helpful. Also special thanks to receptionist Eren who helped me out to fix my health insurance issues. I do recommend his office even though it's kind of small and busy.. it does have wheelchair access.. also thank you to the staff and the Arcadia Acuity eye Surgery Center .
