From Park Avenue Fitness
Park Avenue Fitness is comprised of
three private personal training studios.
We provide one-on-one personal training
in 25 and 55 minute sessions. Small group training is also available in 55 minute sessions.
At Park Avenue Fitness we believe working out should strengthen you for YOUR life! Every person is different and needs different exercises. Your basic structure, life experiences, injuries, personality, and daily activities require a different approach than the person next to you. We do not believe in the cookie cutter approach to exercise.

I have been a member of Park Avenue fitness for a couple of years now. I went there, feeling unfit, miserable and lowly. Park avenue fitness is a great gym. Dan one of the trainers is very friendly and professional. He try’s to make a workout for your goals and will help you figure them out if your not sure.
Mary and her group of trainers are great at what they do...helping us older folks get on a path to being more physically active in a safe and healthy workout space. Due to the pandemic they have done a super job of adapting to bring same quality workouts via zoom. I would encourage any of my friends wanting to have help getting active to start with Mary; she'll guide you to the right trainer for your needs.
