They came to our house and then had follow up questions. When they finally called, they were very rude and short we couldn't even discuss the approximate 300 feet of fencing we needed around our yard. I would not want to give them any money with that poor of an attitude toward a potential customer.

This letter to Craig Anderson, the owner, after our fence was completed says it all: July 17, 2021 Craig, We are so impressed with the pleasant experience of negotiating the fence project with you and with the fine job Serafin and the crew did on our fence. You and your business Pacific Fence are to be commended for your professionalism and for the careful and meticulous job you did. To be lauded is the efficiency with which the crew removed the old fence. It was down and out of here in a matter of minutes it seemed. And then the time spent by the workers fixing the posts securely in place, making sure the fence was straight and aligned and that the two by fours at the top and bottom were evenly installed so that the fencing itself and the lattice would be placed securely and artistically. The finished product looks great and the crew left the yard clean and tidy. And all was completed in two days! Thank you for a job well done. Already two people have asked for your name and business information. And just a fun comment to complete my thanks. We had lunch out on one of the days your crew was here. At a table across from us were three dour engineer types all on computers looking like they were crossing the Styx into Hades. We quietly had a good laugh commenting on how much money they were making and how unhappy they looked compared to your fence builders who were laughing and chatting as they dug up the soil and maneuvered heavy materials in our yard on a lovely Santa Cruz morning. On that happy note, thank you. The fence looks strong and is a work of art. We will recommend you and your crew to our neighbors and friends.

Absolutely stunning job by Pacific Fence. Craig is awesome and knows his stuff. He shows up when he says, assesses the sitch, and sends an estimate/bid. We hit a snag with my HOA and had to postpone for a couple weeks, but he got me on the schedule and made it happen in record time. The day of the install was amazing. Dudes showed up at 8am on the dot, Craig went through the where, what, how of my proposed fence and the dudes dispersed in a flash of awesomeness. My dad sent me pics of the progress throughout the day. One day and it's done! Looks great, and I couldn't be happier with my new fence and gate.
