So grateful to add Dr. Goldi to my treatment team. Over the past week or so I had been experiencing a lot of pain on the right side of my body. My hip was particularly troublesome, and I needed my cane and walker (normal reserved for outings) in our home to move around the short distance from room to room. Unsure if it was related to med changes, new symptoms, or increased resting/less movement, but I needed relief.
Dr. Goldi is a true expert and brought all her knowledge to provide gentle, restorative treatment for my autoimmune inflammation, which differs from osteoarthritis. No forceful movements, just hands on healing. She made a few recommendations for posture, stretching, sitting, and sleeping that were brilliant in their simplicity and immediately helpful.
I’ve seen her twice this week. After my first visit, the noticeable improvement was reflected in my heart rate data for decreased stress and increased energy and health measurements. Amazing! The next morning, my spine made the most satisfying subtle self-adjustment and release.
It’s especially impressive to see a difference in my treatment with her less than a handful of years ago for repetition injuries as a distance runner and park skater. If you are looking for a holistic provider who listens with compassion and offers fresh, integrative practices to align your mind, body, and spirit, go see Dr. Goldi!
