I am new in town and recently saw Dr Do for my first appointment. I believe this is their first week of reopening after shelter in place orders. The team here has done a phenomenal job of streamlining the prescreening and check in process to ensure safety of both patients and staff. You must fill out a prescreening questionnaire and have your temperature taken (infrared to decrease contact) prior to entering the building. Hand sanitizer is provided outside by the prescreening paperwork, and everybody is required to wear a mask. Once you check in at the front desk you are escorted back to area where you will be treated in order to minimize contact with other patients. I only ever saw one other patient who was entering as my appt was ending, and we never came within 10 ft of each other. Obviously, with the nature of dentistry you do not wear a mask during your treatment, but I felt Dr Do and the staff were very conscientious about standard precautions for hand washing, avoiding touching extraneous objects (mouse, keyboard,etc) directly with clean hands, and explaining everything they were doing so I felt at ease. I had a very good first experience and plan on returning as long as I live in the area. Stoked to have a friendly, trustworthy dentist!
