Looking to buy a new home? Hire Avalon for a Foundation inspection. If they are too busy, they will quickly refer you to someone they trust (in my case, it was Bear Engineering). Later on, they will go several extra miles to make sure the repairs are done correctly.
I recently hired Avalon Structural to enhance the foundation of my house, a project that included installing push and helical piers and leveling the structure. The entire process took about six weeks, and I’m very happy with the results.
1. Roger has a busy schedule, but when available, he was patient and clearly explained the engineering details in a way I could understand, despite my lack of construction knowledge.
2. An independent soil engineer I hired observed the work and concluded that Avalon was honest and fulfilled their commitments.
3. The project was substantial, involving dozens of piers, yet I found the pricing to be reasonable.
