We have been lucky that things have just been routine check-ups, but staff and vets are all very nice and accommodating and offer a great discount on medication through their site, as well as great reminders for appointments and for tests, which makes things super easy.

When it came to end of life services, they were super caring and comforting. They treated us with so much compassion. As hard as it was saying goodbye to my furry loved one, they made it a little easier by walking us through the step by step process of what they were going to do and let our family grieve for as long as we needed.
What stood out in addition to their gentle ways, was that they gave my family and I a card offering their condolences when we went back for my cat's ashes.
