I just called to get a boutonniere and corsage for my son’s prom on Friday and the person that helped me was extremely rude. Practically yelling at me that I needed to order right away. Customer service lacking, won’t be ordering anything from them.

We live in Vermont, and our precious daughter recently moved to Santa Cruz. It was her birthday, and we needed something special to be sent to her. We called Ace's and they absolutely did deliver happiness! Both for us and our daughter. So pleasant on the phone even though it was almost closing time. They helped us choose the "live oak mid county" arrangement, which was delivered in a timely fashion with care. The arrangement was so beautiful a perfect tribute to our daughters 35th birthday. Thank you Ace's for your attention to detail and pleasant customer service. You really made her birthday wonderful!

I've used them several times over the years and often with last minute floral delivery requests. They're amazing and always come through with the most stunning arrangements (or so I'm told by the recipients). So grateful to them.
