I got 2 pairs of shoes repaired for 40 bucks. You can't beat that. The staff is always very nice and the prices are reasonable. I showed up right before someone's vacation and the employee let me know about the wait which was very kind.

Two of three pairs of shoes were nicely repaired and two with leather holes on moccasins were roughly patched. The dog leash repair was flimsy. For $10 it had only a single square stitching bringing the two pieces together. I asked to have it improved snd they said it would cost me another $10 just to take it to Monterey where the repairs are completed.I came to pick everything up on the designated day about 5 items, but only two were ready. The girl said that the other items weren't ready. I was really unhappy because that was the day of gridlock in the Rancho area due to an emergency and I had walked to A & B. I want to frame this review as honest in nature and I don't want to negatively impact on this small business's ability to have patrons. That being said -- here we go:I found this shop online and was exited to have a local resource. I took in one of my designer bags to have straps removed and a pair of boots to have the tops shortened. The wonderful person at the counter quoted me very fairly and let me know it'd be ready in a week -- lovely. I came back a week later to the straps cut off from the top of the bag. I had asked for the lining to be removed, and the adhesive to be removed, then the lining be replaced and stitched so the bag would appear it never had straps....read full review
