Highly recommend!!! After several problems with other companies we called VG Tech and from the first phone call to the technician Dimitri everything was great. Customer service was excellent, they came out in a quick time frame and fixed our gate. We found our new company to call when/if anything goes wrong. So thankful for this company
I called VG Tech back in November after finding them on Yelp.
I was having trouble with my electric gate; it seemed that the circuit board was not receiving a signal from any of my remotes. Dmitry showed up and went through the motor and checked the circuit board, he also checked the remotes. He later found that a wire had been chewed through probably by a rat. He repaired the wire and also offered to do a full cleaning and maintenance on the motor and chain which he also checked the pullies and belt. He adjusted and cleaned the chain and made sure that the gate operated correctly. Dmitry did a great job, and I would highly recommend VG Tech.
We have had our gate for about a month now. Everything seems to be working very well. Good quality parts. Would recommend. Service was good, everything was installed within six hours the day of installation.
