I went in because my phone wouldn't accept charge from anything except wireless charging. it turned out all I need was a cleaning of my charging port and he did it for free and only took like 2 minuets

Awesome place They were able to get my phone fixed fast and same day. My phone wasnt cable charging and they got me going will come back again. This was the second time they help me with a different phone

Said was open and drove over here only to find it was closed with a note on the door. Got ahold of someone on the phone who was able to answer questions for me. I have insurance on our Verizon phones. Mom locked her phone. Since we never set up a Google account, we had to pay they $70 to get help and reset the phone back to factory settings and still be able to use it. So make sure you have your Google account set up with a password known on your Samsung phone. Asked about running a cleaning on my phone. That is not an insurance deal either. That isn't covered, either. Once I got all the paperwork they wanted, they were nice and helpful.
