Pipkin Dental is a wonderful dental office for both children and adults. The staff, including Dr. Pipkin, are known for their personal touch and honesty. Taylor is described as a gentle and thorough hygienist, and Jane is praised for her efforts in communicating with insurance coverage. Some patients have appreciated the office for providing a second opinion, which led to uncovering unnecessary treatments recommended by other dentists. The office is commended for its welcoming atmosphere and not being out to overcharge patients. However, it is noted that appointments can be booked out far in advance and there might be occasional rescheduling.
Definitely recommend pipkin dental for your dental needs! Staff is caring and attentive to your needs and concerns and mostly the dentists on staff are extremely gentle with your mouth and take extreme care when working on it! I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past but I’m very much happy with how I’m treated here!
The lady who books appointments is an unpleasant person. She has such an attitude. I understand having a bad day, but looking through the comments she seems to have a lot of those. She will make a mistake and try to make the patient feel at fault. The rest of the staff is good and makes it worth putting up with the lady who books the appointments.
Dr. Pipkin is an amazing dentist! She handles every procedure with skill and precision. We’ve never experienced a single problem ever since I started receiving dental care here. Every time I visit for an appointment everything goes smoothly. She is always cheerful, and I love hearing her hum—it’s so relaxing.
My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years now. My entire family is now under her care. Even my children who have grown up and moved out, still come back here from afar for their dental care.
The front desk staff are all kind and efficient. They helped me navigate my dental insurance which allowed me to receive excellent treatment.
