Iv literally been calling for a month straight and get forwarded to voice-mail of "Elisha elenger" everytime, obviously with the reviews and the all around poor customer service, no one takes their job there seriously enough to stay open much longer

This place is sketchy. They had us rush to put a down payment down on a place before our application was even approved to try and steal it from someone else who magically put it in before us. Then the application approval agent took four days off.We didn’t get the place due to our own faults but it was a nightmare getting out $1450 deposit back. Apparently they have only one person in the entire place that can return money. That person also took a long weekend.We were dealing with Karen and were told she would let us know when we could get our money back. Very rude owners dont speak english cant communicate with them and they are thw only ones that do the repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENTING A UNIT IN APPLE VALLEY ON YAKIMA
