The power button on my Alienware stopped working, and they were able to fix it for me and even let me know of some other issues I didn't know it had. Casey and Ryan did a fantastic job. Much appreciated.

My laptop was shutting down got to a point where it wouldn't even re-boot. I called Casey on the phone and he suggested before I go and buy a new laptop to blow out the air vents which I did with my compressor. Plugged it back in and it has worked perfect.
