I had to give one star in order to write a review but I wouldn't even give that. Basically they are under staffed and I myself have post job opening helping to get a worker for my son. They dnt have sub like other companies, dnt communicate with each other from owner to bt. The bt are ppl they hire off the street. Supervisors only attended my house once after I requested another supervisor step in and come to my house.Because I kept doing it on zoom.And the b t weren't showing my son correctly so that the Supervisor can see. I've gone months on end without any communication from anyone on a bt for my son in cases.

I completed all of my paperwork for my son in March .It is now august and my son has not been seen .I have to keep calling and asking what’s going on . I keep being told “ we’ll have someone call you “ no one does . I just want to get the help my son needs . I feel that they don’t care . It’s very upsetting .

Although working at Leafwing Center is an incredible experience when you are already in a sector that appreciates dealing with kids with disabilities, the job may be difficult. My interaction with them was quite unpleasant. The office staff at Leafwing Center are quite nasty, and their "Area Director," Gabriela Cazares, is always making sexual and inappropriate remarks. The office staff finds this as amusing and can brush it off, but as an employee, I would feel uneasy coming in and scheduling.
